Hundreds of UK cyclists will benefit thanks to an asset purchase agreement between Sportive Breaks Ltd and Destination Sport Experiences.
As you may or may not have recently heard Destination Sport ltd trading as Destination Sport Experiences acquired some of the assets of Sportive Breaks.
The pandemic put pressure on the travel industry with two years of lockdowns and international travel restrictions, so being part of a much larger UK travel group will strengthen the Sportive Breaks brand going forward offering benefits to customers.
Destination Sport Experiences will be using their operational and customer service excellence to improve the tours offered by Sportive Breaks. Sportive Breaks offered premium travel packages for cyclists looking to take part in Europe’s most prestigious cycling events, including Etape du Tour and Paris Roubaix, as well as organising international cycling breaks and weekenders.
Destination Sport Experiences are now able to offer Sportive Breaks customers even more top European cycling events and holidays and a wider range of premium experiences.

Sportive Breaks was launched in December 2015 to provide cycling holidays and tours for the growing market of UK cyclists who want to ride sportives across Europe, offering the chance to secure race entries and hotels within seconds of them becoming available.

If you currently have a live booking with Sportive Breaks for and a credit note of , please be rest assured that Destination Sport Experiences have made provisional arrangements for you against the equivalent trip in 2022.
Our team will now start working our way through all previous Sportive Breaks bookings and contacting you individually to reconfirm your trip, your requirements and rebook you. We will make every effort to do this as quickly as possible. During this time, we kindly ask for your patience as we work through these bookings, prioritising bookings for the upcoming Spring.
