Ride Notes

Join us in the Cote d'Azur for a training camp full of classic rides. This small camp (max 14 riders) is based in Menton for 5 days and then in Nice for 2 days and takes in the best riding from Paris Nice, Milan San Remo and the classic climbs in the hills above Nice. Our team is led by the experts at Rowe & King and includes the mechanics and ride leaders so all you have to focus on is improving your riding over the week. Each day we run through different techniques and skills including group riding, descending, climbing in and out of the saddle and more.
Over the week we ride over the classic Col de la Madone & Col du Turini and have a day over the border in Italy taking on the Cipressa & Pogio with a coffee stop in San Remo. On Friday we move from Menton to Nice and ride the Paris Nice sportive on Saturday before watching the pros on Sunday.
