RIDE STYLES

Sportive Breaks now offer the biggest selection of European Gran Fondo and Cyclo-Sportive events. From the 5 Monuments (Milan Sanremo, Lombardia, Roubaix, LBL and Flanders) to the Big Six (Marmotte, UCI Gran Fondo World Championships, Gran Fondo Stelvio Santini, Etape du Tour, Nove Colli and Mallorca 312) and many more.

NON-RIDER

Our non-rider programs are focused on engaging with events, this includes Hospitality services and other spectator services

LEISURE

Riding: Average Daily Mileage: 15 – 35 miles / 24 – 56 kilometers | Average Daily Elevation: Up to 750 feet / 228 meters | Average Riding Time: 1 – 2 Hours

My fitness and experience: I’m relatively fit and am comfortable with hills that are less than half a mile in length. I want to ride on my vacation, but not every day. I enjoy slight inclines but like it to be mostly flat. I also don’t mind hopping in the support van when I’ve ridden enough.

 

RECREATIONAL

Riding: Average Daily Mileage: 30 – 50 miles / 48 – 80 kilometers | Average Daily Elevation: Up to 2,000 feet / 600 meters | Average Riding Time: 2 – 3 Hours

My fitness and experience: I ride my bike on a regular basis either for fitness, to commute to work, or just for fun. I enjoy an active lifestyle with an occasional physical challenge.

 

WEEKEND WARRIOR

Riding: Average Daily Mileage: 45 – 70 miles / 72 – 112 kilometers | Average Daily Elevation: Up to 7,000 feet / 2,130 meters | Average Riding Time: 4 Hours

My fitness and experience: Fitness is central to my life. I ride my bike regularly on a weekly basis and am comfortable with rides of 3-4 hours or more at a relatively strong pace. I enjoy all terrain, with hills and some moderate mountain passes. I like getting some speed on moderate descents.

 

STRAVA HUNTER

Riding: Average Daily Mileage: 60 – 110 miles / 96 – 177 kilometers | Average Daily Elevation: Up to 13,000 feet / 3,960 meters | Average Riding Time: 5+ Hours

My fitness and experience: I ride my bike an average of 150+km per week and enjoy a fast pace for an extended period of time. I love to train, improve, and maybe even race my friends. I enjoy all terrain, with hills and big mountain passes. Steep technical descents are fun, and I enjoy a challenge.
