The ultimate Pyrenees Tour stage sportive. Pau to Luchon has been ridden in the tour a staggering 19 times since 1945. Now it's your turn to take on this 200km route. In your way, 4 iconc climbs - the Aubisque, Tourmalet, Aspin & Peyresourde.
To help you conquer the Pyrenees, this sportive includes pro level support so you can ride at your peak. Our official partner is OTE Sports who will be providing expert nutrition advice & regular feed stops to keep you going. We will have guides riding at set speeds to you can join a group and share the work on the flat sections and be paced on the climbs as well as a Lantern Rouge helping everyone at the back. The brilliant coaches at Rowe & King will provide coaching points to help you prepare for this massive ride.
Our three night package includes a night and warm up ride in Pau, all the support on the ride and then two nights in Luchon including a celebration dinner & an optional cool down spin the day after.
The most ridden climb in the Tour, one of the most famous mountains in cycling and an absolutely epic 19km ride. The Tourmalet starts just over half way through the ride and by the time you get over the top the end is just 55km away.

The ultimate Pyrenees Route & the most repeated stage in Tour history, Pau to Luchon takes in four huge climbs across wild scenery ending by the famous spa in Luchon. Ride the Circle of Death with the best support; ride leaders from Sportive Breaks, expert nutrition from OTE & coaching from Rowe & King.
Arrive by 10.30am in Toulouse. We will arrive in Pau for 1pm in time for some lunch. Our mechanics are on hand to help with bike builds before a 4pm warm up spin. At 7pm we have a race briefing before dinner at 7,30pm and an early night.
Sportive Day! Depart at 7,30am from Pau. The quickest finishers should be in Luchon for around 5pm with the last finishers getting in for 8pm. Celebratory dinner in Luchon.
A well earned lie in and then two optional spins. One ride goes up to the ski station at SuperBagneres and the other is a longer loop over the Port de Bales.
After a lazy breakfast, we leave Luchon at 10am to arrive in Toulouse airport at 12pm.
Our base in Pau is the Best Western Continental. Set in the middle of town and a short walk from the old town, the location is perfect. Staff are friendly and well used to cyclists, the food is great and the rooms are a good size.
Our base in Luchon is the brilliant Alti Hotel. It's long been a cyclist's favourite with comfy rooms, secure bike storage, an indoor pool and excellent restaurant.

Following the "proper" Pyrenees Tour Stage route including the Aubisque, Tourmalet, Aspin & Peyresourde, our route covers a full 200km with over 5,900m of climbing. Our ride leaders can be invaluable on the run down to Laruns and the drag up to the Tourmalet so you can save your energy for the four big climbs.

On Thursday arrive by 10.30am for an 11am transfer. We will be in Pau for 1pm in time for lunch and an afternoon warm up spin.
On Sunday, book flights that depart after 1.30pm. Our transfer gets back to Toulouse at 11.30am.
