Three ways up the Stelvio in one day. This new event provides the perfect support for one of the toughest challenges in cycling. The day starts with a 3am start to get to the first summit for sunrise. You will be supported with regular feed stops, mechanical support with motorbike assistance, a massage service at the top of the Stelvio, a Triplo Stelvio jersey and video & photos of the day.
Our three night package includes a warm up spin up the Gavia or join us in Bormio for a week of cycling taking in the Mortirolo, Forcola, Cancano and all the best climbs in the area.
A once in a lifetime challenge. The Triplo Stelvio is a tough day on the bike but a great feeling to reach the summit for the third time before descending home in glory!
Join us for three nights and enjoy a gentle spin up the Gavia or come for 7 nights and take in all the best climbs in the area, all with our great local guides, support vehicles and mechanical support.
The most famous climb in Italy, the ultimate challenge - riding all three sides in one day. Similar to the Cingles du Mont Ventoux, the ride is 130km and over 4,500m of elevation. Ride it with full support at this great new event.
Arrival day. Transfer leaves Milan Linate at 2pm so please arrive 30 minutes before this.
We arrive in Bormio at around 5pm where our mechanical will help with bike builds. We have a welcome dinner at 7.30pm.
We have a gentle spin up the Gavia to get a coffee at the top before descending down to Bormio. We get an early night before the big ride tomorrow.
Triplo day. Breakfast packs at 2.30am before starting at 3am. Expect to be riding until after lunch. In the afternoon we mix celebrating with napping!
Departure day for 3 night breaks. For 7 night trips, we have a rest in the morning before an afternoon ride to Cancano.
We join our Stelvio Weekender group for 4 days of social riding. We start at 8.30am and start immediately the climb to the Stelvio from Bormio. From the summit we descend down the Umbrail Pass before a quick lunch stop in Prato. From there, it is just 48 hairpins to the other side of the Stelvio and then a fun descend home.
Another roll out at 8.30am, we descend down the valley to Grosio where you have the choice of which side to climb the mighty Mortirolo. The first side from Grosio is 14km at 8% or continue to Mazzo for the famous side, 12km at 11%. We meet at the top and then descend and ride to Ponte di Legno for lunch. From here, we climb the Gavia before descending back to Bormio.
The last of our three huge climbing days. We start with a quick and fun 40km down the valley on quiet roads before turning into Switzerland. The Forcola pass is a 35km climb finishing back on the Italian border before we descend into Livigno for lunch. From there, we have two climbs and two descents home.
Our transfer home is at 11am so there is time for a very quick last ride if wanted. We head off at 8am up Bormio 2000, a 9.5km climb. Our mechanic is on hand to help with bike packing before we head back to Linate for flights home.
We have a range of carbon bikes with Ultegra groupset. All bikes have a 50/34 x 11/32.
Bikes will be at the hotel when you arrive and our mechanics will help with the fit. We have a large fleet of bikes so if the size you booked is not right we can change it.
For the full Triplo Stevlio, we start from Bormio and then do the Prato side followed by Swiss side. You can choose between one or two ways up the Stelvio. If you only want to do these we recommend joining us on our regular Stelvio Weekender.
