Itinerary

Day To Day

Arrival day. We meet you in Venice airport and head out at 12.30pm for a 3.30pm arrival in Corvara. Our mechanics are on hand to build bikes. For those wanting a quick spin, we have a warm up ride up the Gardena. Our welcome dinner is at 7.30pm to go through the agenda in more detail.

Airport Transfers

Airport collections are from Venice (VCE) and the drive to Corvara takes around three hours.

We will meet you in arrivals and give you a number to call if you are delayed.

Breakfast is from 7.30am, we meet at 9.15am for a rollout at 9.30am. Our mechanic is on hand for any last minute bike work before we head out towards over the Passo Campolongo together. The front group head to the stunning Passo Fedaia before coffee & cake in Canazei and then going over the Sella & Gardena home.
The main bunch ride the Sella Ronda over the Pordoi where we grab a coffee and then the stunning Sella & Gardena. We have a late lunch back in Corvara before a relaxing afternoon

Another breakfast from 7.30am and rollout at 9.30am. Today both groups ride the same route but in two groups at their own speed. We head off the beaten path today and escape the world going over the Passo delle Erbe and then back over the Gardena. A stunning local ride on narrow, empty roads today is one of the highlights of the weekend.

A big day for the main bunch, a huge day for the front group!
Front group leave at 8am for a monster 150km day in the mountains going over the Valporolo, dropping into Cortina before the mighty Tre Cime, Giau & Campolongo on the way home. We have lunch at the bottom of Tre Cime.
For the main bunch we leave at 9.30am going over the stunning Valporolo before taking on the mighty Giau, arguably the hardest climb in the region. We have lunch after the descent and then ride home over the Campolongo.

After one last breakfast, we say our goodbyes. The transfer leaves Corvara at 10am to get back to Venice to 1pm. Book your flights for anytime after 3pm and head home with some amazing memories of riding one of the world’s great cycling regions.

Airport Transfer

We leave Corvara at 10am and get to Venice with plenty of time for you to check in with your bike, grab a last minute gift and have a stress free return flight.

More About the Event

The Dolomites is a special place in the cycling world. Ask anyone that’s been and they will rave about the incredible scenery, warm hospitality and amazing climbs (and descents!). On this trip we spend 4 nights in Corvara. On the rides we take in the classic climbs of the region including the Passo Giau, Sella Ronda and some local routes off the beaten path. The routes for the main bunch are challenging but suitable for most regular riders, the front group routes are more suited to experienced climbers. Corvara is the perfect setting for post ride r&r. Our hotel has a spa and sports massage and the terrace out front is made for a couple of beers as the sun goes down over the mountains.
