Itinerary
Day to day
Private airport transfers are available from Brussels (BRU) or make your own way to meet us at the hotel in Valkenburg. Contact us for details
Our staff will help you build your bike after travel and, if you have chosen to rent from us, we will fit your rental bike today. This afternoon, enjoy a 50 mile “coffee spin” to see parts of the Amstel Gold route.
The evening is free for you to eat out.
Breakfast is at the VIP pavilion. Secure bike staging & changing facilities are provided before the race.
Start times:
- 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Start 150 miles / 240km (orange arrows)
- 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Start 125 miles / 200km (pink arrows)
- 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Start 93 miles / 150km (red arrows)
- 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Start 78 miles / 125km (yellow arrows)
- 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Start 62 miles / 100km (blue arrows)
- 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Start 40 miles / 65km (black arrows)
Schedule:
- From 7:00 AM breakfast is available in private start area in Valkenburg near the start
- 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM Start Amstel Gold Race Sportive
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Pasta buffet in private area at the finish
VIP Parking area
For those driving, parking passes are available to the VIP parking area next to the start and finish in Valkenburg.
The evening is free for you to eat out.
In the morning we will take the train to Maastrictht to see the start of the race. After the riders have set off we will return to strategic viewing areas in Valkenburg to see the riders make multiple passes.

After breakfast, please check out of the hotel. We offer one airport transfer back to Brussels Airport today at 09:00. Private transfers are available for other times by contacting us at [email protected]. Supplements apply for airport transfers.
