Mathieu Van De Poel took a stunning solo win in the 2024 E3 Saxo Bank Classic, followed closely by Jasper Stuyven and then Wout Van Aert after their long pursuit of the dutchman.
Although it is one of the more recent one-day classics, having been run since 1958, it has grown to be a prominent and sought-after event. It is part of the cobbled classics in Belgium and Northern France in March and April on the UCI World Tour schedule. E3 takes place on the last Friday of March annually and it serves as the kick-off event for Flemish Cycling Week, which consists of two weeks of WorldTour competition over the cobblestones and bergs of Flanders.
With VIP Hospitality, you will be positioned either up in the air above the peloton or at the heart of the action, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere of this classic race.
DRIVE EXPERIENCE
Spend a full day on the course in an official E3 Race Car
Your day begins with the hospitality area at the start line to absorb the pre-race atmosphere. After watching the team presentation, you will meet your driver and ride in an official VIP Car that follows the race on the route. Drive through the iconic Belgian countryside whilst in the comfort of a luxury vehicle. You will be able to enjoy a lunch package accompanied with champagne, before your day ends at the finish hospitality area, where you can welcome the riders across the finish line.
THE FANATICS PACKAGE
For the cycling fans who want to live the experience of riding the E3 Saxo Classic Route, we offer the opportunity to tour the competition course in a VIP bus. Your day will start with an extensive breakfast, then you will welcomed onboard the bus with champagne. You will make a stop in Zottegem, where you can see the riders pass and have some lunch. Two more stops will be made along the way, including at the foot of the Taaenberg, where you will see the riders pass on the cobbled section. The day will finish on the VIP Terrace by the finish line and of course there will be more champagne involved!
MICHELIN STAR FOOD EXPERIENCE
Enjoy culinary classics from three michelin star chefs: Gilles Joye, Maarten bouckaert and Tim Boury.
E3 Saxo hospitality packages offer you a unique experience of tucking into amazing dishes, from some of the industries best. Each food experience will begin on the VIP terrace, where you will be able to see the start of the race and shortly after the riders have departed, you will take a VIP bus to the restaurant. From here, you will be able to follow the race’s progress on TV screens, whilst enjoying the culinary delights provided by your chosen chef. The experience will end with you watching the arrival of the riders at the finish, whilst taking part in a champagne reception and dinner, provided by the Belgian chef, Jeroen Meus.
FOLLOW THE COURSE WITH OUR HELICOPTER PACKAGE
Experience the action from the highest level at E3 Saxo Classic 2025. We offer the opportunity to board an official E3 helicopter that will follow the race course, providing an unparallel view of the riders and surrounding scenery. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided as part of the package, as well as champagne and a shuttle service to and from Lefevere-Colruyt Harelbeke car park. During the lunch service, you will be able to see the live passsage at Kwaremont.
