Terms & Conditions

1.Eligibility

1.1 This competition is only open to participants over the age of 18 years old. This is to ensure that everyone meets the minimum age requirements set by the organiser.
1.2 Employees of both Destination Sport and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Only one completed entry per person is permitted during the promotional period: 16th October 2024 -10th November 2024.
1.4 This competition is open to residents of any country, worldwide .

2. Entry Period

2.1 The competition begins on 16/10/24 and ends on 10/11/24 at 11:59 PM GMT.
2.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the competition, simply complete the entry form

4. Prize Details
4.1. Three (3) randomly selected participants will win:
A Etape du Tour 2025 entry.  No travel or hotel packages are included.
4.2 Winners can decide to either:
4.2.1 Take as our “entry only” option, which is without all our support services or accommodation but includes access to our private feed stops
or;
4.2.2 Decide, at the advertised cost, to choose one of our hotel/fully supported packages, if we available., where the entry will be provided for free. Full details are here:  https://sportivebreaks.com/sportives/etape-du-tour/
4.3. If you have already purchased an Entry from us:
4.3.1 as an entry only, we will refund you.
4.3.2 as part of a hotel package, we will refund the entry portion.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2. The winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the closing date.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Conditions

6.1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6.2. By submitting the form, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sportive Breaks
6.3. Sportive Breaks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a disruptive manner.
6.4. Sportive Breaks reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the giveaway.
