Travel to our first hotel

Please make your own arrangements to arrive at our hotel today, where our team will be available to greet you on arrival at the hotel. 

Airport transfers and transfers from local public transport hubs can be arranged on request – a supplement may apply.

Our hotel

We are staying at a conveniently located hotel that is close to the start of tomorrow’s stage. Your stay will be for 2 nights and on a half-board basis, with breakfast and evening meals included. Depending on your chosen stage you will either stay in the same hotel for both nights or you may stay in a different hotel after the stage. In this case we will transport your luggage with you during tomorrow’s VIP experience.

This afternoon and early evening, our tour host is available for you at the hotel. During the evening meal we will provide a briefing on the exciting experience ahead!

After breakfast at the hotel and checking out (if we are staying at a different hotel tonight) we will assist you with loading your bags on to the tour vehicle. You will spend the day with us in an official black and white TVL minibus equipped with food, drinks and interior TV screens so we can watch the stage live during the day*.

Visit to the Team Hotel

We will travel the short distance to the hotel where the team are staying. Here, you will meet the team and one of the team directors will brief you on the team’s race tactics for the day’s stage.

Start Village

After the team hotel visit, we make our way to the start location where we will visit the Team Bus. Here there is time to have a look around, enjoy a coffee and a snack ahead of visiting the Village Depart before setting off for the day. You will drive on the course of the stage on closed roads and be an integral part of the support team. You will experience the race at various locations with Team Visma | Lease a Bike vehicles.

During the day we will be assisting the team throughout the race, handing out water bottles to passing riders, as well as wheels during the race. We will also stop for a lunch break.

The Finish

At the finish we will have access to finish hospitality** from where we will watch the finish of today’s stage and witness the podium ceremony before we take you back to the hotel.

At the hotel we will enjoy the evening meal and toast the amazing day that we’ve just had together.

*Please note that reception may be affected in mountainous regions which may affect transmission quality throughout the day.

**Please note that depending on the stage logistics we may miss finish hospitality.
