Travel to the hotel

Please make your own arrangements to arrive at the team hotel today, where our friendly team will be available to greet you upon arrival. If you plan to fly then we offer airport transfers for you and your luggage from Brussels International Airport today. 

Our hotel

We are staying at a conveniently located hotel that is close to the start of tomorrow’s race. Your stay will be for 1 night and will be on a half-board basis, with breakfasts and evening meals included.

This afternoon and early evening, your team Visma | lease a Bike host is available for you at the hotel. During the evening meal we will provide a briefing on the exciting experience ahead. You will also have the opportunity to meet and greet the riders and the team director will do a briefing on tomorrow’s race day strategy.

After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, we assist you with loading your bags on to the tour vehicle if you wish. Alternatively, you can leave your luggage at the hotel’s secure luggage room for the day. You will spend the day with us in an official black and white TVL minibus equipped with race radio and interior TV screens so we can watch the stage live during the day.

We make our way to the start location where we will visit the Team Bus and we will meet the riders as they prepare for the day ahead. We will then visit the Village Depart before setting off for the day. You will drive on the course on closed roads and be a proper part of the support team, experiencing the race at various locations aboard Team Visma | Lease a Bike vehicles!

During the day we will be handing out water bottles during the race. We will also stop for a lunch break, whilst drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day.

At the finish we will watch the finish of today’s stage and witness the podium ceremony before we take you back to the hotel.
