2026 Etape du Tour de France
With 170 km and 5,400 m of elevation gain on the programme, 16,000 amateur cyclists will experience the unique thrill of the Tour de France the 19th of July by riding Stage 20 of the Tour de France, connecting Le Bourg-d’Oisans to Alpe d’Huez. Amateur riders will face some of the Tour’s most legendary climbs: Col de la Croix de Fer, Col du Télégraphe, and Col du Galibier. The final climb to Alpe d’Huez, via the rarely used Col de Sarenne, will make this a truly special stage, one where the professionals may well be battling for the yellow jersey just a few days later.
