2025 Amstel Gold Race Sportive with Sportive Breaks
The southern Dutch province of Zuid Limburg is a truly beautiful area with characteristics that are not usually associated with Holland, such as a hilly landscape, a great restaurant and café culture with great food and drink. You can cycle the Tour version of the Amstel Gold Race – Amstel Gold Race Toertocht on Saturday and you can enjoy watching the Pro Men and Women on Sunday. We offer guaranteed entry with participation in the Sportive, meaning you do not have to enter the draw. The Sportive distances are: 60km, 100km, 125km, 150km and 240km.
The event is vastly oversubscribed so there is a lottery for places. Every year about 15,000 amateur riders participate in the Amstel Gold Race Toertocht (Sportive).

We offer guaranteed entry for the 2025 Amstel Gold Race Sportive without the need to purchase a hotel package. You can choose which distance you want to complete.

Guaranteed Sportive Entry: Available at £225. No need to enter the lottery for this sell-out event. Choice of distances available.

2025 Amstel Gold Race
The dates for the 2025 Amstel Gold weekend are Saturday 19 April for the Cyclo Sportive and Sunday 20 April for the Men’s and Women’s pro race.

Itinerary
Day To Day
We will have breakfast at the VIP pavilion. Here there’s secure bike parking and changing facilities.
Start times:
- 06:30am – 09:00am: Start – 240km (orange arrows)
- 06:30am – 09:00am: Start – 200km (pink arrows)
- 07:00am – 11:00am: Start – 150km (red arrows)
- 07:00am – 11:00am: Start – 125km (yellow arrows)
- 07:00am – 11:00am: Start – 100km (blue arrows)
- 08:00am – 11:00am: Start – 65km (black arrows)
Anticipated programme
- From 07:00am breakfast is available in private start area in Valkenburg near the start
- 09:30am-11:00am Start Amstel Gold Race Sportive
- 14:00pm -18:00pm pasta buffet in private area at the finish
VIP Parking area
For car drivers, we have parking tickets available that give access to the VIP parking area next to the start and finish in Valkenburg.

There are 5 Sportive distances to choose from: 60km, 100km, 125km, 150km and 240km. All distances start and finish in Valkenburg from the Amstel Gold Race Experience centre.
