With only 15 spaces per week, this is a boutique experience designed for riders who want something a little more special out of their warm weather cycling holiday. We stay close to the team’s hotel and during your stay we will enjoy a team hotel visit where you will meet one of the riders, you will have a guided tour of the team set up and you will watch the riders set off on one of their training rides before you set off on your own ride for the day. Other team Visma | Lease a Bike elements of this holiday include: ride support from a Team Visma | Lease a Bike Team Vehicle, former pro cyclists as ride leaders and a full Team Visma | Lease a Bike kit.

Itinerary
Day To Day
Fly into Valencia or Alicante and transfer to your hotel near Oliva.
After bike setup, collect your included Team Visma | Lease a Bike Team kit and then roll out for a gentle 40 km welcome ride through orange groves and mountain views.
All rides are led by a former pro cyclist and supported by a Team Visma | Lease a Bike support vehicle.
Evening meal at the hotel this evening with your Team Visma | Lease a Bike hosts.
After breakfast and preparing the bikes, enjoy a relaxed loop through one of Costa Blanca’s most scenic valleys.
- Moderate Route (~80 km): Steady climbs, perfect for pacing yourself
- Advanced Route (~110 km): Extra elevation and more time in the hills
Both routes include support, snacks and energy products by AMACX, and plenty of time to take it all in. Lunch is included today. We will all meet up so you can join separate groups if you are travelling together.

Today we visit Team Visma | Lease a Bike’s official training base in nearby Oliva. Depending on their schedule, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how the best prepare—plus the chance to meet riders and team staff.
Optional short spin or full rest afternoon. Don’t forget to wear your team kit for photos!
A highlight of the week: head into the La Safor mountains on a loop that showcases quiet roads, sweeping views, and charming Spanish villages.
- Moderate Route (~85 km, ~1,400m): Smooth gradients and scenic roads
- Advanced Route (~105 km, ~1,800m): More elevation and a longer loop
We’ll keep you fuelled with AMACX bars, drinks and gels, just like the pros.
Evening meal at the hotel togetehr.
Finish your week with a relaxed 35–40 km coastal ride to Gandía and Cullera. After brunch and a final group coffee stop, we’ll transfer you to the airport.

Team Visma | Lease a Bike Training Camps
Step into the lesser seen side of professional cycling with Team Visma | Lease a Bike and enjoy a visit to their winter training camp. Enjoy daily guided rides from ex-pro riders with support from a Team Visma | Lease a Bike team car and mechanic. On one day we go for a tour around the team setup at the training camp hotel and a meet and greet with riders and coaches. You will get your own Team Visma | Lease a Bike cycling kit and a one year premium membership to The Athlete’s Food Coach app.
The pros use training camps to work on collective goals for the following season, go through testing and build on team cohesion. This involves a large number of staff, vehicles and equipment to be able to deliver and is usually inaccessible to the public, but not for you. Take a tour around the training camp setup and see just what goes into training and developing the best riders in the world.
Denia in Costa Blanca, Spain
Team Visma | Lease a Bike chooses Denia as the location for its winter cycling training camp. Dénia, located on Spain’s Costa Blanca between Alicante and Valencia, is an increasingly popular destination for cyclists of all levels. Thanks to its mild Mediterranean climate, smooth road surfaces, and varied terrain, Dénia offers ideal year-round cycling conditions.
The region boasts a diverse landscape—from coastal flats perfect for beginners or recovery rides, to challenging inland climbs like the Coll de Rates, a favorite among amateur and professional cyclists alike. The quiet, well-maintained roads and respectful drivers make it a safe and enjoyable place to ride.
Dénia also provides excellent infrastructure for cyclists, including bike-friendly accommodations, rental shops, and cafes catering to cycling groups. Its location near the Marina Alta mountains allows for scenic, hilly routes with stunning views, while its proximity to other cycling hubs like Calpe and Jávea adds to its appeal.
