For over 50 years, Nove Colli has been the benchmark against which all gran fondos are measured. Starting on the Adriatic coast in Cesenatico, the hometown of cycling icon Marco Pantani, this legendary gran fondo leads riders on an unforgettable journey across the rugged hills of Emilia-Romagna. Riders can tackle the shorter course and enjoy the atmosphere, scenery and signature climbs, or take on the complete challenge and conquer all nine legendary hills that have made Nove Colli one of Europe’s most celebrated cycling events.

Itinerary
Day To Day
Please make your own arrangements to Cesenatico today. If you are flying, then the nearest airport is Rimini Airport. There are direct flights to Rimini Airport from London with BA with Ryanair also planning flights which should be released in November 2026.
We give you the option to stay at Hotel David or Hotel Lungomare. Both hotels are located within minutes of the start and the finish in Cesenatico and are booked on a Half Board basis.

This morning enjoy breakfast at the hotel then head out for a ride. On return to the hotel, enjoy the post-ride buffet and relax. This afternoon we recommend visiting the Marco Pantani museum which is located nearby. The evening meal will be available at the hotel.
After breakfast we suggest not doing anything too strenuous the day before the sportive. You’ll need to collect your bib number and if you wish to check out the event Expo, it is just a short walk from our hotels. The evening meal will be served at the hotel.
A very early breakfast will be available at the hotel from 04:30.
The pens will open at 06:00, ready for a 07:00 start. Enjoy the ride and the finish is just a short ride away from our hotels. Evening meal at the hotel

There are two route options, a punchy 137km route and the full 200km option featuring all nine hills.
