Milan–San Remo is one of the most iconic races in professional cycling. Known as “La Classicissima” or “La Primavera”, it is the first Monument of the season and the longest one‑day race on the pro calendar, covering nearly 300 km.

If you want a greater exhibit of how much professional cyclists put in to one day’s worth of cycling, there is no better race than Milan-Sanremo.  It is a great way to start the season, with the first Monument of the year always giving an early indication of who could be in for a fruitful season ahead.
