Can I change my size after booking?
Yes. If your preferred size is available, we can change your bike size free of charge. If only bikes from a different rental tier are available, an additional charge may apply.

What’s the deadline to add bike hire? Bike hire must be added at least 30 days before your event. As bike availability is limited and popular sizes often sell out months in advance, we recommend booking your rental bike when you make your original booking.

What do I need to bring with me? Please bring your own pedals (unless included as part of your rental), helmet, GPS/cycling computer and mount, as well as your water bottles.

Bike Fit & Size Guide

When booking your rental bike, we only require your height to recommend the most suitable frame size. Our sizing guide is based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and will provide the best fit for the majority of riders.

If the size you select falls outside of the recommended height range, our team may contact you to confirm your choice and ensure it is appropriate for your riding preferences and experience.

If you have selected a bike size that differs significantly from the recommended range due to limited availability, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a more suitable alternative and help ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable riding experience during your event.

Please note that bike availability is limited, particularly for popular sizes, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred bike and size.

Prestige bike options are available in very limited numbers. Once a Prestige bike size or model has sold out, we are typically unable to source additional stock, so we strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
