Jonas Vingegaard battles it out during the Tour de France, which you can watch on our Mont Ventoux cycling tour

Today we will witness the first of two epic mountain stages that will decide who will arrive victoriously in Paris on the Champs Elysees on Sunday. The riders will ride up from the hotel to the Col de la Loze. Spectators can watch the stage as it comes past Brides Les Bains today.

The Col de la Loze only came into existence in 2019, when this car-free mountain pass was opened. It is quickly becoming known as one of the toughest climbs in the French Alps, and 2025 will be its third appearance in the tour. Because this is a car-free route, there will be limited support from our team today, so we recommend packing a small backpack with a change of footwear.

Our hotel is well-located for stage access for both cyclists and spectators.
