The "race of the falling leaves"
Il Lombardia is the last of the 5 monuments, taking place in October 2026 and is famously known as “The Race of the Falling Leaves”. In 2025, the peloton took on a course of 238km through stunning Italian scenery, featuring some tough climbs. The winner was of course, Tadej Podacar for the 5th year running! The route changes in direction year on year and for this year, it will begin in Bergamo and end in Como.
DRIVE EXPERIENCE
Spend a full day on the course in an official Il Lombardia Race Car
Your day begins with the hospitality area at the start line to absorb the pre-race atmosphere. After watching the team presentation, you will meet your driver and ride in an official VIP Car following the race on the route. Drive through the beautiful Lombardy and enjoy a stop along the route for a delicious lunch, before your day ends at the finish hospitality area, ready to welcome the riders across the finish line.

START VILLAGE with team bus area access
Your VIP passes will give you access to the start area, which will be located close to the signing on stage. At the start enjoy the build-up to the event and see the riders ready themselves. You may even get the opportunity to get your cycling idol’s autograph with access to the Team Bus Area. When you arrive at the start area, Il Lombardia staff will be on hand to provide assistance.
You will receive a day pass which gives you access to the Start Village Area with snack/coffee bar service. You will be close to the riders and experience the pre-race atmosphere.

FINISH HOSPITALITY
Il Lombardia offers restricted access enclosed hospitality areas along the final straight. Here you can see all the action as the riders come to finish line from your front row seat. With your VIP pass you will enter the Hospitality area reserved for the top stars! You will have access to an open bar and non-stop finger food. You won’t miss the action out on the course as there are Plasma screen TV’s showing the race until you see the riders coming into live view!
